Holiday Cooking Demo Class
Saturday, November 18th   

Eat, drink and be merry as Chef Nathan Lingle steps you through easy holiday party success. He will share with you 3 different methods for cooking your turkey to perfection and helping you create both traditional and non-traditional sides.  Our resident mixologist will be whipping up the perfect holiday concoction to wow your guests.  To help continue your culinary journey, you will receive a special edition recipe book as well as a custom designed apron.  The perfect way to plan your holiday gathering and have fun doing it.  $98 per person, limited seating.

Thanksgiving Day
Thursday, November  23rd  |  2pm, 4pm and 6pm

Gather with family and friends at L'Auberge Del Mar for an exceptional Thanksgiving Dinner featuring traditional and not so traditional dishes.  Enjoy the fall flavors of Blue Hubbard Squash Bisque, traditional Roast Heritage Turkey and Beef Tenderloin, each with their own L'Auberge Del Mar flair.  This will be a Thanksgiving to remember. Santa by the Sea Christmas Tree Lighting
Saturday, December 3rd  |  3pm to 6pm  |  Tree lighting at 5pm

This is an annual Del Mar Village tradition.  Join us as we light the tree that will shine in the heart of Del Mar throughout the season.  There will be cookies, cocoa and our Chefs famous bisque shooters.  Share the holiday spirit by bringing a brand new Teddy Bear for a child in need. Complimentary admission.

Holiday Traditional Tea by the Sea
Saturday & Sunday, December 16th & 17th  |  12pm and 2pm  

The coastal inspired Tea by the Sea returns this year to offer an enchanting way to celebrate the season with friends and loved ones.  The cozy afternoon near the fireplace in The Living Room creates the perfect holiday memory.  Enjoy warm fresh scones, croissants, popovers, mini sandwiches and an array of delicate desserts.  Champagne for the adults and surprises for the younger guests.  It's a holiday tradition to continue for years to come. For all holiday reservations, please call (858) 793-6460.

Make Your Own Gingerbread House
Saturday, December 23rd  |  11am to 1pm

Start a family tradition that will carry on for generations! Each parent-child team receives a handmade gingerbread house to decorate under the expert guidance of our pastry team. Decorate your special house with colorful gumdrops, marshmallows and an array of festive candies.  We know that Gingerbread house building is hard work, so while you're building enjoy a Hot Cocoa bar with house made marshmallows and an assortment of toppings, yummy holiday cookies, decadent mini tarts and cheese cakes, satisfying breakfast pastries and festive bubbles for the grownups. For all holiday reservations, please call (858) 793-6460.

Story time with Bergie the Elf
Saturday, December 23rd  |  7pm at The Kitchen 1540 Fireplace

Don your holiday pajamas and join our House Elf Bergie as he reads a Christmas tale to send your little one off to the Land of Nod.  There will be hot cocoa and a holiday sweet treat.  After story time it's time for the little ones to scamper off with sugarplums dancing in their heads.

Holiday Concert with Peter Sprague
Sunday, December 24th  |  1pm to 4pm in the Amphitheater

Join us on Christmas Eve for a concert in our Amphitheater featuring American jazz artist, Peter Sprague from 1pm to 4pm.   

Christmas Dinner
Monday, December 25th  |  3pm, 5pm and 7pm   .

Settle your day in and enjoy friends and family with a 3 course Christmas Dinner.  Start your journey with King Crab, Beef Carpaccio, salad or bisque.  Then enjoy a winter warming entree that includes goose, Wagyu short ribs, flat iron pork, fish or gnocchi and finish it off with one of our seasonal desserts.  It's the perfect way to wind down the day and reconnect with those closest to you. New Year's Eve
Sunday, December 31st  |  5 PM - 2 AM 

Start New Years Eve off right with a 6-course prix fixe dinner by Executive Chef Nathan Lingle in KITCHEN 1540, paired with a glass of Perrier-Jouet.  $125 per person, limited seating.  Following dinner, head over to our Living Room for live entertainment from the David Shyde Band from 5-8PM, as well as late night sounds by DJ Gabe Vega from 8-12:30AM.
