3-Step Tomato & Cucumber Guacamole

With the 2017 Super Bowl fast approaching, it's time to wow your friends and family with the perfect game-day food. This guacamole recipe from our very own Chef Nathan Lingle is a healthy and easy appetizer that's sure to be a crowd pleaser!

What You'll Need:

  • 1 ½ cups European cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 1/3 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp. cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp. dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • ½ tsp. hot pepper, any variety, tiny diced
  • ¼ tsp. lemon zest
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 4 olives or caper berries for garnish

Directions:
1) Puree the avocado by hand or in food processor
2) Fold the avocado into remaining ingredients
3) Place in bowl and serve with with your favorite sides or entrees
