Chef Dolbee Blends Signature Flavors at KITCHEN 1540 in Del Mar
The master behind the menu, the good food at any restaurant is the Chef. As KITCHEN1540's new Chef, Scott Thomas Dolbee, boasts his menu as whimsical, playful, and flavor forward, many strive to know, just where did Chef Dolbee come from?
He began his career in the culinary industry when he was 15 years old as a fry cook. At the age of 18, he started to make the transition all over the world learning from David Britton. In 2004, Chef Scott Thomas Dolbee landed his first executive chef position with Four Seasons. Coming straight from Four Seasons Whistler, Chef Dolbee stepped into KITCHEN 1540 and made it his own.
