San Diego Restaurant Week at KITCHEN 1540
Our Kitchen 1540 crew is getting ready to kick off San Diego’s most delicious event of the year, the seventh annual Restaurant Week. Staring January today, a wide variety of San Diego’s best restaurants are offering fixed menus at $20, $30, $40 per person. For the following five days our fellow foodies are treated to tasty 3 course treats from KITCHEN 1540’s own pre-fixed menu. Reservations are going quick; don’t forget to reserve your spot today!

It's All in the Details
Some people just have an innate sense of style. Jennifer and Clint are definitely those people with more panache in their pinkies than I have ever possesed.
When Jennifer walked down the aisle on December 3rd, all those stylish details (which were planned in a mere two months, by the way) blended together to make an incredible day. From the cherry red shoes and glamurour jewelry to their surprise canine ring bearer, nothing about this wedding was typical.

Read and Reuse at L'Auberge Del Mar
We're starting the year off right as part of Destination Earth, and re-launching the “Read & Reuse” Book Drive program again this January. The goal is to have employees and guests bring their used books into the hotel throughout the month of January to donate them to the charity of our choice.
Last year, we sent our books to the troops in Afghanistan and we would like to do the same this year in time for Valentine’s Day. The donation box in the business center at L'Auberge, so please feel free to drop your books anytime! Help us, help the troops this January!
