Christopher Simmons - Lead Mixologist
Serving as the lead mixologist at L'Auberge Del Mar, Christopher Simmons will help raise spirits in joyful toasts at KITCHEN 1540 as he hand-crafts specialty cocktails and traditional favorites for guests. With extensive beverage experience, Simmons has won acclaim for his talents including being named 'Most Beloved Bartender' by the Improper Bostonian Newspaper. Arriving in San Diego, Simmons will now implement the exciting array of specialty drinks on the new cocktail menu at KITCHEN 1540, as well as serve a full bar, including fine beers, wines and mixed drink selections.
