Private Dining Expert Jessica Hall is responsible for planning and managing private events at KITCHEN 1540. Hall has been with L'Auberge Del Mar since 2005, when she joined the prestigious resort as a catering and conference services manager. Prior to joining L'Auberge Del Mar, Hall served as a catering and conference services manager at Destination Hotels & Resorts' Miramonte property, where she gained valuable experience and knowledge in special event organization. Currently serving as a food and beverage manager at L'Auberge Del Mar, Hall will lend her talents to private dining experiences at KITCHEN 1540, ensuring a unique culinary experience.
