Chef Julie Cognito - Sous Chef
With over 14 years of experience, Chef Cognito plays a pivotal role in the KITCHEN 1540 team. She brings with her a wealth of experience from perennial San Diego favorites, including Top of the Cove, Meritage Restaurant, Sbicca Bistro, J Taylor’s and Café 222. In the KITCHEN she makes sure that only the freshest and best seasonal ingredients come through the door – and that they make it to the plate perfectly, too.
