Chef Ramon Garcia - Sous chef
Chef Garcia's extensive 20 years of experience with some of the top restaurants and hotels demonstrates his commitment to the culinary arts. Recently joining the L'Auberge Del Mar team as Sous Chef, Garcia has trained under some of the San Diego's top chefs including French Chef de Cuisine Patrick Ponsiaty at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, Executive Chef Jeff Jackson at the Lodge at Torrey Pines and Jean-Louis Palladin during his time at Loews Coronado Bay Resort.
