While staying at the hotel, guests can indulge in holiday offerings including seasonal spa treatments, opulent cocktails and innovative holiday menus.

Peppermint & White Chocolate Mini-Spa Treatments: Spa L’Auberge is offering mini-spa treatments that soothe, beautify and relax in the delicious aromas of peppermint and chocolate. The holiday mini-service menu includes: Mini Back and Shoulders Scrub and Massage, Full Body Polish, Gel Peel Facial, NuFace Lift Facial and Manicure/Pedicure (50 minutes). All services include an invigorating Peppermint Mocha Body Polish that exfoliates lifeless and dry skin to bring it back to vibrancy, as well as an application of a hydrating White Chocolate Soufflé Body Cream. Services are $70 each or pair any two for $125. With any pairing of two or more mini services, guests receive a gourmet, house-made Chocolate Peppermint Pop that includes a creamy layer of peppermint ganache on a chocolate crust with a candy cane dust.

L’Bling Bling Cocktail: Toast the holidays with the ultimate L’Bling Bling cocktail. Priced at $500, L’Bling Bling is an opulent play on the classic Sidecar and is made from the world’s finest Louis XIII cognac blended from eaux-de-vie that can be aged for up to 100 years. The cocktail also includes Grand Marnier Quintessence, another fine cognac blended with orange essence, as well as Cristal Simple Syrup made from Louis Roederer “Cristal” Champagne and sous-vide with sugar. The crowning touch is Opus One bitters, an aromatic bitters made from the amazing wine then aged with twelve other ingredients.

Christmas Dinner: L’Auberge Del Mar’s KITCHEN 1540 will offer special a Christmas menu Dinner (also offered on Christmas Eve) inspired by the principals of sustainability and presented in Chef Scott Dolbee’s signature playful style. Classic holiday flavors combine with local, seasonal ingredients in a menu that is progressive, festive and inviting. Menu highlights include Chestnut Soup with crab apple, bacon and pumpkin; Wild Boar with black mole and white chocolate; and California Lamb with curried carrot, yogurt, mango chutney, tamarind, papadum and puffed rice. Offered from 6 – 10 p.m. on Christmas Eve and noon to 8 p.m. on Christmas Day, the three course, pre-fixe menu is $65 per adult and $32 for children under 12.
