L’AUBERGE DEL MAR INTRODUCES NEW SALES TEAM
Del Mar, Calif.- February 7, 2012- L’Auberge Del Mar has ushered in 2012 with a dynamic new sales team. Under the leadership of Francine Williams, the property’s longtime director of sales and marketing, the new team will be charged with attracting group business to the picturesque seaside hotel inSan Diego.
“We are excited to begin 2012 with a wonderful new sales team that brings a breadth of experience and industry expertise to our property,” said Williams. “Our new associates will ensure that groups enjoy flawless meetings and social gatherings at our award-winning property.”
The new sales team includes:
Robert Harter, Director of Sales
As director of sales, Robert Harter will oversee the sales team and group business for the hotel. Harter joins L’Auberge from La Costa Resort and Spa where he served as Associate Director of Group Sales for nearly six years. Prior to that, Harter spent nine years at Ranch Bernardo Inn working his way up from food & beverage manager to associate director of group sales. Harter has a degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University.
Jeffrey Livingston, Associate Director of Sales
Livingston has been appointed associate director of sales at L’Auberge Del Mar and will primarily cover San Diego and the Northeast territories. He most recently served as national sales manager for both L’Auberge and its former sister property, Estancia La Jolla, where he was recognized as a 2011 President’s Club member for top sales. Livingston got his start at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina in San Diego.
Christina Benson, Sales Manager
Christina Benson joins L’Auberge as sales manager overseeing the Western territory. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Benson got her start in the hospitality industry at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess as human resources employment manager. From there, she moved to sales at the Resorts Suites of Scottsdale and the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. Most recently she served as a senior sales manager at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel in OR.
Lindsey Dollahon, Sales Manager
Lindsey Dollahon has been appointed sales manager for the corporate and leisure markets. A graduate of the University of Colorado, Dollahon comes to San Diego from Aspen Meadows, a luxury resort in Aspen,CO, where she was global sales manager. Her experience also includes sales positions at Kimpton’s Sky Hotel, Real Time Marketing and Resort Quest Aspen.
