SPA L’AUBERGE DEBUTS NEW OCEAN RESCUE LINE WITH UNVEILING OF NEW SPA MENU
L’Auberge Del Mar’s Spa L’Auberge has unveiled a new spa menu that focuses on results-oriented, natural treatments while continuing to draw inspiration from the hotel’s oceanfront location. Many of the new treatments utilize the spa’s new seaweed-based Ocean Rescue product line, which was developed exclusively for the spa and incorporates the most advanced research in marine-based skincare.
“This new menu really capitalizes on the advancement in product research and spa technology over the last few years,” says Misty Stewart, spa director. “Our goal was to place a greater emphasis on offering specific treatments for specific issues, so that the results are more impactful and immediate for our guests.”
A major highlight of the new menu is botanical and seaweed-based skin treatments that utilize the new Ocean Rescue spa line and offer clinical results. New treatments such as the Ocean Rescue L’Auberge Facial, Ocean and Oxygen Facial, Seashell Antioxidant Facial, and Seaweed Detoxifying Body Wrap are rooted in advanced research in the field of marine-based, anti-aging skincare. The Ocean Recue line draws from seaweed’s rich storehouse of vital minerals and elements such as magnesium, copper, zinc and selenium whose lack is responsible for many skin disorders. Research has shown that vitamins and minerals harvested from seaweed are proven to repair DNA damage and protect against ultra violet rays. All of the marine flora and plants used in the Ocean Rescue line are all-natural featuring sustainable, wild-crafted seaweed and organic essential oils that contain no artificial fragrances, colors, parabens, formalins, sulfates or sulfides.
“We are excited to be the first spa to debut the Ocean Rescue line and feel it is a natural fit for our spa since it draws from the healing power of the sea,” said Stewart. “With all of our treatments, we strive to utilize the most all-natural, organic products possible, so that guests receive the healthiest, most results-oriented service available.”
Spa L’Auberge’s new menu offers a complete range of massages, facials and body treatments, as well as waxing and nail services. Treatments target a wide variety of issues from sore muscles, stress and fatigue to aging, cellulite and dehydration. A line of specialty Spa Rituals was inspired by the traditions and healing practices of faraway cultures to offer guests luxurious pampering. Couple’s Suite packages offer pairs an exclusive escape with an exciting choice of treatments such as sound massage and a chardonnay body treatment, as well as private indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.
Other product lines used at the spa include Zents, massage products made from organic Shea butter hand-harvested in Africa, and Red Flower, which uses natural plants and extracts to invoke rich history and meaning of worldwide destinations.
About Ocean Rescue Spa Products
Ocean Rescue is a new brand based on decades of advanced research in the fields of ocean and seaweed science. While this research can be traced all the way back to the ancient Greeks, scientists today are only beginning to understand how active elements of the ocean lead to a healthier lifestyle. Ocean Rescue is a premium line of skincare products specifically designed to bring the benefits of ocean-based active ingredients and the unique properties of seaweed to individuals seeking all-natural solutions to skincare. The sea is an active element of each product – not just merely additives to proprietary formulas. Ocean Rescue also seeks to become the “go to” destination on the web for those wishing to learn about how our oceans are a repository of healing and health.
