Adele Banasik- Associate Director of Catering and Conference Services

Adele began coordinating right after graduating from Gonzaga University. Over the past four years Adele has planned and coordinated over 250 weddings throughout Seattle and San Diego. From planning small parties of 10 to large groups of 300, each has their own vision and personal success story. She has styled everything from rustic outdoor barn weddings, downtown hip, vintage romantic vineyard, to elegant costal beach side chic. Adele is excited to continue working in her dream career and feels lucky every time she gets to participate in a happy couple's big day!


Allie Pruitt- Senior Wedding Manager

Allie graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. She also holds a Professional Certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from San Diego State. Allie began her career at USD, planning events ranging from large galas to small luncheons. She then began working for two of the top wedding planning companies in San Diego. With more than 5 years of experience, and coordinating hundreds of events, she comes with knowledge of the industry and a passion for making each event special. Allie is excited to help every couple create their own unique and perfect stress-free day.


Catherine Adkins- Wedding Manager 


"I have a passion for all things wedding! I’ll be there for you at every step - from the initial planning stage to selecting florals, printed materials and food, to watching you walk down the aisle. I love making a true connection with my couples and feel the greatest sense of fulfillment being such a big part of their special day. I strive to make the planning process the most memorable and fun experience for my couples and work to alleviate stress and anxiety that my brides and grooms might be feeling about putting together their wedding day. I want my couples and their families to be able to focus on the more important things during this moment and celebrate joy, love and friendship."

Catherine began her event planning career immediately after graduating from the University of Virginia. Working for a boutique wedding planning company coordinating weddings throughout the Charlottesville, VA region she found herself absolutely hooked to the wedding industry. Catherine moved to San Diego in 2014 where she continued her career in hospitality and event planning. Over the past four years she has gained design experience by working closely with photographers, florists and interior designers. She has coordinated and executed small groups from about 10-25 people and larger groups of about 600-700 people. Whether you are looking for something that screams more the merrier or something that's small and intimate, Catherine will be there to help you coordinate a successful event from start to finish. 

Dalice Huffman- Wedding Manager 

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Dalice was captivated by weddings at a young age. For many years she loved all aspects of planning Weddings: the design, food, photography, flowers, invitation, music, cake, and décor. To her it’s the special elements that each couple incorporates into their wedding that makes each wedding special and unique. Having a passion for weddings, she decided to pursue her childhood ambition and go to school to become a Professional Wedding Consultant. While going to school, she joined an internship and was mentored by one of the finest High-End Wedding and Event designers in San Diego. In 2006, after years of learning from one of the best, Dalice decided she wanted to challenge herself once again and start her own company. Working for herself for over eight wonderful years she has had the privilege to executed and coordinate many successful weddings and events for many couples as well as developed ever lasting relationships with some of the best vendors in Southern California.

Dalice is known for her excellent attention to details, her organization skills & the exceptional service she offer to all her couples As a Wedding Coordinator, Dalice knows your wedding should be one of the most memorable days of your life and she will make your dream wedding become a reality. She will offer peace of mind that all the elements of such an important day will be taken care of without all the stress. Whether Full Service or simply Day Of, Dalice will manage your wedding and handle all the details to make sure you are relaxed and at your prime on the day of your wedding.
