Hooray for Baxter’s Bites and Coastline for Brunch, Lunch or Dinner for the Women and Men Who Are a Dog’s Best Friend

DEL MAR, Calif. (August 8, 2018) – As the dog days of summer cue their exit, it will be time to celebrate National Dog Day on Sunday, August 26, at Coastline at L’Auberge Del Mar where dogs can enjoy canine delicacies from Coastline’s Baxter’s Bites Menu. Doggone it, everyone should be lucky enough to take a brunch, lunch or dinner break on a coastal restaurant patio. Depending on pup’s culinary preferences, there’s a Coastal Bowl composed of seared salmon, brown rice, peas and carrots, or maybe Fido or Lady would prefer Royal Treat with beef tenderloin, three-grain salad and farmers market vegetables. A Turkey Bowl and House Kibble Housemade Dog Treats (peanut butter, oatmeal or peppermint) could end this doggie celebration.

 

Of course, owners, walkers and avid friends of furry diners can treat themselves to Coastline’s offerings created by new chef de cuisine Collin Leaver. For dinner relaxation, enjoyment and sunset views, the new farm-fresh summer menu features temptations such as Sea Scallops with white corn puree, roasted yellow corn and pine nut agrodolce, NY Strip Steak with Chino Farm summer vegetables and giardiniera and Pork Chop with cannelli beans, green beans, Friarielli peppers, Calabrian chili and mustard seed.

 

Since National Dog Day is recognized every day at L’Auberge Del Mar, Baxter’s Bites Menu and Coastline’s menus are available daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and brunch on Sunday.
